This specialty coffee comes from Finca Buenos Aires ( Colombia), hervested by Oscan Eduardo, born in March 1981. he was the finalist of the most prestigious competition Cup of Excellence in 2007 and 2013. The collection of this coffee and the selection take place throught the floating technique. Then the coffee is dried in the sun in patios and drying beds, for about 20 days.
