Ethiopia Guji is a speciality coffee of the highest quality from the Oromia region of southern Ethiopia, in the homonymous town of Guji, where coffee is grown at high altitudes by small farms.
This specialty coffee is grown at an altitude of between 1,800 and 2,200 metres and is harvested and sorted by hand by the women of the small community of Habesha.
The traditional natural processing, also known as the ‘dry method’, due to the drying of the cherries in the sun, gives the product an aromatic profile reminiscent of freshly picked red fruits.
The light roasting enhances the fruity aromas of Specialty Coffee Ethiopia Guji, leaving a lingering aftertaste with sweet notes on the palate.
It is the perfect coffee to enjoy with a moka coffee maker or with filter extraction using tools such as the v60 and chemex.

SUGGESTIONS
