Colombia Buenos Aires is a speciality coffee of the highest quality from Huila colombian department famous for the prestige of its coffee, rich in fruity and floral notes.
This natural speciality coffee comes from the renowned Finca Buenos Aires (Colombia), which is grown between 1500 and 1650 metres above sea level by Oscar Eduardo, a finalist in the prestigious 'Cup of Excellence' quality competition.
The natural process involves harvesting the cherries by hand, sorting them using the flotation technique (unripe drupes that remain on the surface are discarded) laid out to dry naturally in the sun or on raised beds.
The light roast enhances the aromas of Buenos Aires speciality coffee, leaving a lingering aftertaste on the palate with sweet notes of hazelnut, chocolate and vanilla.
It is the perfect coffee to enjoy with a moka coffee maker or with filter extraction using tools such as the v60 and chemex.
Its uniqueness will be unmistakable in both extractions, leaving the palate with an unforgettable floral aftertaste.
