Miscela 43 is an organic blend created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Pe-Fè roasting company and dedicated to one of its founders, Laura Piersanti.
It is a 100% Arabica Organic blend characterised by its high olfactory intensity, delicate taste and pleasant acidity, characteristics of the most prestigious Arabica coffees of American origin, mainly classified as speciality coffee.
The absence of Robusta and the careful selection of high quality Arabica make the blend much sweeter and therefore more palatable without the addition of sugar or sweeteners.
In addition, all Arabica varieties that make up Miscela 43 are processed according to the ‘washed method’, whereby the stripped drupes are fermented before drying in the sun, making the coffee taste much cleaner (absence of unpleasant and acidic flavours) and richer in flavour.

The medium roast enhances the Arabica aromas in the cup, leaving a lingering aftertaste with sweet notes of dark chocolate and fruit on the palate.
Miscela 43 was created with the aim of creating a high quality organic blend with a distinct aromaticity, but also with the intention of recalling the main characteristics that have always distinguished Laura Piersanti, the founding pillar of our artisanal micro-roasting company, namely: elegance, sweetness and persistence.
